Little Lily Gymnast

Lily began taking gymnastics lessons a few weeks ago, in part because she was such a late walker and still somewhat hesitant physically, and in part because she loves jumping around and trying to do somersaults (when she's not feeling hesitant physically). Gymnastics seemed like both the perfect channel for that energy and the perfect boost to her physical coordination and confidence. The girl was so excited the first class, she literally could not stand still waiting for the class to start. She jumped and clapped and giggled until things finally got underway, then she proceeded to jump and giggle some more, only this time within the framework of the class routine. The girl is having a ball!
