Corny

There's nothing Lily loves to eat quite so much as corn (ok, ba-ba-broccoli--the girl gets all giggly when we pronounce it that way--is a close second), and all the better when it's fresh corn on the cob. Lily has become a very good helper in the kitchen, and she especially likes to help peel corn on the cob. We had a particularly successful corn-husking session just the other day, right in the middle of the kitchen floor. When we were all finished, it was time to put the ears into the pot for steaming.

Lily, however, had other ideas.

Apparently fresh, uncooked corn on the cob tastes pretty great. She enthusiastically sampled each and every ear. Yum!
