Photo Catch Up

There's been lots to write about lately, but no time to write. And so I offer you a few photos until I can compose my thoughts coherently.

Lily and Mom joined Auntie Caryl for Easter Service a few weeks ago. Despite the fact that her outfit is a dress, she was mistaken for a boy the last time she wore it. This time, Mom added a hair bow so there would be no confusion--never mind that there was barely enough hair to justify such a girlie accessory.

Lily has taken quite an interest in Mom's shoes of late. She loves to try on a new pair each morning as Mom is getting dressed for work. You should see her in the knee-high boots!

Apparently it is quite comfortable to sleep with your behind jammed up against the side of the bed. The girl was out like a light.

Yay photos!!! How could anyone mistake little Miss Lily as a boy (and when wearing a dress none the less!) The bow is adorable by the way =)

Lily looks much happier about the killer boots than the hair bow! What a cutie!

*lol* I know, I know... I'm behind! It's just that I have this post in mind, but it's kinda deep and kinda long, and the words just aren't flowing. As a family, we're in a state of significant transition, and I want to capture the feeling of being on the cusp between an old way of life and a new one, but between the stress of school and work, I'm struggling to write it. Ok, how's that for an excuse?

Maybe I'll take some more pics and post them, instead :)
