Update

We haven’t posted for a few weeks, but that’s because there has not been much to report. It’s that dreary time of year, and we’re hunkered down, doing our best to endure the cold and the grey until April comes.

We don't even have any new pictures to post, I'm afraid. Lily's got a raging cold at the moment, and we're quite sure noone wants to see photos of a toddler with a glistening face full of snot.

Lily is finally getting in her two top teeth--this after 3 days of miserable whining and refusing all solid food. The only thing is, she has suddenly taken to grinding the new little stubs so vigorously with her bottom teeth that some days I wonder whether we'll ever really see those top teeth.

The girl still has no interest in walking, and is only mildly interested in pulling up and standing. For now, working herself up to a standing position is only appealing as a means to an end (such as getting closer to Mommy's lap). Otherwise, viewing the world from that vantage point doesn't interest her in the least.

And as for hair, well, we're still an awfully long way from Lily's first haircut. The girl is just taking her sweet time with everything.

Stay tuned...

From somewhere in a distant land you hear a tiny voice chanting "pictures, pictures, where are the pictures!"

*hugs*
